02.About our services

Foresight Designs LLC provides architectural and engineering-related services, including permit plan sets, structural engineering, MEP design, PE stamp coordination, material takeoffs, and 3D visualization, subject to scope defined in a written quote or contract.

Information on this website is for general description only. It is not engineering advice, permit approval advice, or a guarantee of outcomes with any building department or authority having jurisdiction.

03.Quotes, contracts, and payment

Contact form submissions and informal communications do not create a binding contract. A project begins only after both parties agree to scope, schedule, fees, and deliverables in a written proposal, contract, or purchase order accepted by you and us.

Payment terms, revisions, rush fees, and refund policies, if any, will be stated in your project documentation. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.

04.Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information, site conditions, and jurisdiction details
• Supply timely feedback, approvals, and existing documents needed for coordination
• Verify that our deliverables meet your project needs before construction or submission where applicable
• Obtain any separate reviews, surveys, or specialty consultants not included in the agreed scope

05.Permits and code compliance

We prepare documentation based on information you provide and applicable codes as understood at the time of design. Building departments, plan reviewers, and field conditions may require changes beyond our initial scope. Additional services for revisions, resubmittals, or field changes may require a change order.

Final permit approval is determined solely by the authority having jurisdiction. We do not guarantee permit issuance or approval timelines.

06.Professional seals and third-party reviewers

Where PE stamps or other professional certifications are included, they are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable laws and only for the scope described in your agreement. Stamps do not transfer design responsibility to jurisdictions beyond the agreed documentation set.

07.Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how. Upon full payment for agreed deliverables, you receive the license or ownership rights specified in your project agreement — typically a license to use final drawings and documents for the named project.

You may not reproduce, resell, or reuse our work product for other projects without written permission, except as expressly allowed in your contract.

08.Acceptable use of the website

You may not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content for commercial use without permission
• Interfere with the security or performance of the website

09.Disclaimers
